JustCall Notion Integration - Send AI-Generated Analysis of Calls and Meetings into Notion Pages

Overview

This integration enables you to share JustCall AI-generated data through Notion pages, facilitating collaboration across your organization. You can send call scores, transcriptions, summaries, action items, and topics to any Notion page or database.

How to Integrate JustCall with Your Notion Workspace

  1. Log into JustCall
  2. Navigate to Integrations section in your JustCall account
  3. Find and select Notion under "CRM and Helpdesk tools," then click "Integrate"
  4. Authenticate with Notion - You'll be redirected to Notion's login or authorization page if not already logged in
  5. Select your workspace by toggling the option at the top of Notion's authorization window
  6. Choose pages by clicking "Select pages" and selecting the Notion pages where you want JustCall data sent (you can select multiple)
  7. Grant access by clicking "Allow Access"

Once complete, you'll see "Integration connected successfully" and Notion will appear in "My Active Integrations."

Important note: JustCall will only have access to the pages that you select in the Notion's authorization window.

How to Send JustCall AI Data to Notion

  1. Go to JustCall AI
  2. Open the call you want to share
  3. Click the "Share" option above the transcription window
  4. Select "Share via Notion" from the available options
  5. Choose your workspace and page in the dialog that appears
  6. Click "Send" to complete the process

You'll receive a "Data sent to Notion" confirmation message, and a new sub-page with complete call or meeting data will be created in your selected Notion page.

Notes

  • If you haven't integrated with Notion yet, clicking Share via Notion will redirect you to complete authorization first
  • If you see "No pages added, add now" in the dropdown, you didn't select pages during authorization—click this option to add them now
