Troubleshooting Guide: Zoho Integration with JustCall

Issue 1: "This IP is not allowed for security reasons" Error in Zoho Integration

Problem

When integrating JustCall with any Zoho service (CRM, Desk, Recruit, PhoneBridge, or Flow), you may encounter this error: "This IP is not allowed for security reasons."

This occurs when your Zoho organization has enabled Allowed IPs as part of its security policy. Once configured, Zoho restricts database access exclusively to whitelisted IP addresses, blocking external services like JustCall unless explicitly permitted.

Solution: Whitelist JustCall's IP Address in Zoho

Follow these steps to resolve the integration issue:

  1. Sign in to Zoho Directory
  2. Click Admin Panel from the left menu
  3. Navigate to Security > Security Policies
  4. Select your organization's active security policy
  5. Go to Allowed IPs
  6. Click Add IP Address
  7. Add these JustCall IP addresses:
    • 34.27.79.235
    • 35.192.81.52
    • 35.225.20.95
    • 104.198.252.225
  8. Save your changes

Once these addresses are whitelisted, JustCall can securely access your Zoho database and the integration should function properly.
