Log calls and SMS in ActiveCampaign

Track every customer conversation in one place. JustCall logs calls, SMS, and voicemails directly to ActiveCampaign contacts so your team always has the full communication history.

Configure logging preferences

  1. Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. Open the Workflow Settings section.
  5. Set your preferred logging type for each activity using the dropdown menus.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Optionally apply settings across all team members.


Logging types

View logged communications in ActiveCampaign

  1. Log into ActiveCampaign.
  2. Go to Contacts and open the relevant contact.
  3. Scroll to the Activity Timeline:
    • Custom Objects appear at the top, labeled "JustCall."
    • Tasks appear in the "Open Tasks" section.
    • Notes display at the bottom of the timeline.

Important notes

  • Use the JustCall web portal for configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support ActiveCampaign settings.
