Connect JustCall to Microsoft Outlook
Overview
Bring your calls and calendar together with the JustCall with Microsoft Outlook integration. Once connected, scheduled calls sync automatically to your Outlook calendar, and you can make calls directly from Outlook using the JustCall Chrome extension.
Prerequisites
- A valid Microsoft Outlook account with calendar access
- Integration permissions:
- Admins can set up the integration directly
- Team members may need admin approval to integrate apps
Integration Steps
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu
- Navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Microsoft Outlook
- Click the +Integrate button on the Microsoft Outlook integration box
- You'll be redirected to Microsoft Outlook's authorization screen to grant JustCall access
- If not already logged in, you'll see the Microsoft Outlook login page first
- Grant the necessary permissions when prompted
- If you lack app integration permissions, you can request admin approval
- Follow the prompts displayed on screen to complete setup
- Confirmation will appear once integration is successful
Important: Each account owner, admin, and team member must individually connect their Outlook account with JustCall.
What Happens After Integration
- Scheduled Calls: JustCall scheduled calls automatically sync to your Outlook calendar
- Appointment Scheduler: Linked appointment scheduler appointments sync to Outlook
- Contacts & Calling: Sync Outlook contacts and make calls directly from Outlook
Recommended Usage
To manage this feature effectively, we recommend using the JustCall Web Portal. Note that Microsoft Outlook configuration is not supported on mobile or desktop apps.
