Keep contacts in sync between JustCall and Help Scout
Two-way sync keeps your contact data consistent across both platforms. When you add or update a contact in JustCall, the change appears in Help Scout -- and vice versa. No manual copying needed.
Available on: Team plan or higher
What gets synced
- New contacts added in either platform
- Updates to contact names, phone numbers, and other details
Turn on two-way sync
- From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu.
- Go to the My Active Integrations tab and find Help Scout.
- Click Configure on the Help Scout card.
- In General Settings, toggle on: Contacts added and updated in JustCall should reflect in Help Scout (2-way sync).
- Click Save Changes. Optionally apply to all team members.
Verify the sync is working
- Add or edit a contact in JustCall.
- Check Help Scout to confirm the change appeared.
- Update a contact in Help Scout.
- Check JustCall to confirm it synced back.
Sync timing

| Ongoing sync (either direction) | 30 minutes to 1 hour |
Good to know
- Duplicate contacts: If duplicates exist, the most recently created contact takes precedence.
- Scope: Sync applies to all contacts, not just those tied to logged calls or messages.
