2-Way Sync of Contacts with Intercom
Overview
JustCall's Intercom integration enables bidirectional contact synchronization. The system automatically syncs contacts from Intercom that have phone numbers into your JustCall address book. Additionally, you can enable an optional setting to push newly created and modified JustCall contacts back to Intercom.
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to activate two-way sync:

Access your account: Log in to JustCall and navigate to the integrations section

Find Intercom integration: Locate your connected Intercom account and select the configure option

Enable the setting: Under General settings, toggle on the option labeled "Contacts added and updated in JustCall should reflect in Intercom (2-way sync)"

Save changes: Click the Save button at the bottom right of the configuration panel
How It Works
Once enabled, the integration functions as follows:
- Contacts you create in JustCall will generate corresponding users in Intercom
- Updates made to JustCall contacts will sync to Intercom
- Intercom contacts carrying phone numbers automatically populate your JustCall address book
Important Note
Your contacts synced from other services or CRM will not be added to Intercom unless you edit them. The system respects only manual contact additions and modifications, not imported data from third-party sources.
