Keep your sales pipeline transparent. JustCall automatically logs calls, scheduled calls, and SMS against all open deals linked to a contact in ActiveCampaign. Every conversation stays tied to the deal it belongs to.
Available on: Team plan or higher
How it works
Once enabled, JustCall logs all inbound and outbound calls, scheduled calls, and SMS against existing open deals associated with the contact.
JustCall does not create new deals. It only logs interactions against deals that already exist and are linked to the contact.
Enable deal logging
- Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
- Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
- Click Configure.
- In General Settings, toggle on "Log calls, scheduled calls and SMS against deals associated with contacts."
- Click Save Changes.
Optionally apply settings across all team members.
View logged communications on deals
- Log into ActiveCampaign.
- Click Deals from the sidebar.
- Select an open deal associated with the contact.
- Scroll to the Notes section for calls and texts.
- Scroll to the Task section for scheduled calls.
- Click the contact name to view the complete communication timeline.
Notes include timestamps, call outcomes, and message content.
