Create HubSpot Tasks for Scheduled Calls

Overview

The JustCall-HubSpot integration enables automatic task creation in HubSpot whenever you schedule calls through either the JustCall Dialer or Scheduler. This automation streamlines workflow management without manual logging.

What This Feature Does

When activated, each scheduled call generates a corresponding task in HubSpot linked to the associated contact. The feature works across both scheduling methods.

Enabling the Feature

  1. Navigate to Integrations from the Dashboard menu
  2. Select the My Active Integrations tab
  3. Search for HubSpot and click Configure
  4. Locate the Create tasks for scheduled calls toggle in General settings
  5. Switch it on
  6. Click Save Changes at the page bottom
  7. Optionally apply settings across all team members via checkbox

Important Notes

  • Ensure proper contact synchronization between platforms
  • Feature functions for both new and existing contacts
  • Enable 2-way sync between HubSpot and JustCall for optimal performance

Scheduling Calls

Via Scheduler: Dashboard > Scheduler > Schedule Calls

Via Dialer: After call completion, select "Schedule follow-up call" from the Notes & Rating screen

Accessing Tasks in HubSpot

Log into HubSpot, navigate to the contact record, and view tasks in the Activity section or Tasks tab.
