Connect JustCall to Jobber
Overview
The JustCall-Jobber integration enables direct calling and messaging with clients through JustCall. All call and text activities are automatically synced with Jobber, logging each interaction as a request. The integration includes click-to-call and click-to-message buttons for easy client engagement.
Prerequisites
You'll need an active Jobber account. New users can create one here.
Integration Steps
- From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Jobber
- Click the +Integrate button on the Jobber card
- You'll be redirected to Jobber's website to grant JustCall access (log in if needed)
- Each team member must individually connect their Jobber account:
- Account Owners/Admins: Select the account to integrate
- Team Members: Can select the domain only after Admin setup
- Confirmation message appears upon successful integration
Key Note
An admin or owner only needs to set up the integration once to map all users in the account.
