Connect JustCall to Jobber

Overview

The JustCall-Jobber integration enables direct calling and messaging with clients through JustCall. All call and text activities are automatically synced with Jobber, logging each interaction as a request. The integration includes click-to-call and click-to-message buttons for easy client engagement.

Prerequisites

You'll need an active Jobber account. New users can create one here.

Integration Steps

  1. From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. Navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Jobber
  3. Click the +Integrate button on the Jobber card
  4. You'll be redirected to Jobber's website to grant JustCall access (log in if needed)
  5. Each team member must individually connect their Jobber account:
    • Account Owners/Admins: Select the account to integrate
    • Team Members: Can select the domain only after Admin setup
  6. Confirmation message appears upon successful integration

Key Note

An admin or owner only needs to set up the integration once to map all users in the account.
