Connect JustCall to Gorgias for calling and texting

Call and text your customers directly from Gorgias. Every call and text automatically creates a ticket in Gorgias, so your support history stays complete. You can also use click-to-call and click-to-text from any page with the JustCall Chrome extension.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Before you start

The account owner must complete the integration first. Team members who try to connect before the owner will see an error.

Connect JustCall to Gorgias

Step 1: Start the integration

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Open Integrations from the sidebar.
3. Search for Gorgias and click +Integrate.

Step 2: Authorize the connection

Account owners:

1. Enter your Gorgias store name.
2. Click Integrate.
3. You will be redirected to Gorgias to authorize the connection.
4. Confirm authorization to complete setup.

Admins and team members:

1. Select your store from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Click Integrate.
4. The integration completes automatically.

Use click-to-call and click-to-text

Install the JustCall Chrome extension to get click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers in your browser. This lets you reach customers directly from Gorgias without switching tabs.
