Connect JustCall to Follow Up Boss

Sync your contacts, see caller names instantly, and log every call and text back to Follow Up Boss automatically. Once connected, you can initiate calls and texts directly from Follow Up Boss using the JustCall Chrome extension.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Before you start

• You need an active Follow Up Boss account.
• The Account Owner must complete the integration first. Admins and team members connect afterward.
• Account Owners need their Follow Up Boss API key.
• Use the JustCall web portal. Mobile and desktop apps do not support this configuration.

Connect your accounts

Step 1: Open the Integrations page

From your JustCall Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Find Follow Up Boss

Go to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab. Search for Follow Up Boss.

Step 3: Start the integration

Click the +Integrate button on the Follow Up Boss card.

Step 4: Enter your credentials

A dialog box appears. Your role determines what to enter:

Step 5: Complete the connection

Click Integrate. A confirmation message appears when the connection succeeds.

What happens next

• Contacts sync automatically between JustCall and Follow Up Boss.
• Caller names display during incoming calls and texts.
• A contact badge gives you quick access to Follow Up Boss profiles.
• All calls and texts are logged with recordings, analytics, and sentiment data.
• Scheduled meetings and follow-up calls appear as appointments and tasks in Follow Up Boss.
