Surface AI-powered call insights directly in ActiveCampaign. JustCall AI logs transcription links, call summaries, and analysis data to contact records so your team can review conversations without switching tools.

Available on: Pro Plus plan or higher, or with the AI Review Assist add-on


Available AI logging options

Sends the transcription link to ActiveCampaign and logs it under the contact's activity. Use transcripts for coaching, dispute resolution, and conversation review.

Log Call Summary

Logs call summaries including duration, outcome, and key action items. Managers get quick snapshots without listening to full recordings.

Log Call Analysis Data

Sends detailed analytics including sentiment analysis, call scores, and topic detection. Requires the Pro Plus plan (not available with the AI Review Assist add-on alone).


Enable AI logging

  1. Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. In General Settings, toggle on the options you want:
    • Log Call Transcription Link
    • Log Call Summary
    • Log Call Analysis Data
  5. Click Save Changes.

Optionally apply settings across all team members.

AI data appears in contact notes approximately 20 minutes after a call ends.


View AI data in ActiveCampaign

  1. Log into ActiveCampaign.
  2. Go to Contacts and open the relevant contact.
  3. In the Activity Feed, scroll to find Notes.
  4. Click a note to view the full content, including who added it and when.

Important notes

  • Use the JustCall web portal for configuration. Mobile and desktop apps do not support this feature.
