Install JustCall from Monday.com.com.com App Marketplace

Overview

JustCall integrates with monday.com to enable calling, SMS messaging, and access to recordings and voicemails directly within your workspace. This guide covers installation for admins and integration steps for team members.

Note: JustCall works with Sales CRM, Service, Work Management, and Dev products on monday.com.

Installation Steps (For Admins)

Step 1: Install the App

  1. Log into your monday.com account
  2. Click the profile icon (top-right or bottom-left depending on app type)
  3. Select "App marketplace"
  4. Search for "JustCall" and click the card
  5. Click "Add to your account" (the app is free)
  6. Select your workspace and read through permissions
  7. Click "Install"
  8. Select "Start with a Template"
  9. Choose a workspace and click "Add app" to create Calls and SMS boards

Step 2: Connect Contact Boards

Connect any board containing phone numbers to the JustCall Calls and SMS boards:

  1. Open the JustCall Calls board
  2. Scroll to the Contact column and click the first row cell
  3. Click "Select boards"
  4. Choose your contacts board
  5. Enable "Create a two-way connection"
  6. Click "Connect boards"
  7. Repeat for the SMS board

This enables mirror column functionality between boards.

Step 3: Integrate Recipes

You need three recipes: Contact Sync, Call Sync, and SMS Sync. The user must be a JustCall Account Owner and monday.com admin.

Contact Sync Recipe:

  1. Open your contacts board
  2. Click "Integrate" (top right)
  3. Search for "JustCall Recipes"
  4. Click "Add to board" for the contact sync recipe
  5. If you lack a JustCall account, a 14-day free trial auto-creates
  6. Select the phone column containing phone numbers
  7. Click "Add to board"

Call Sync Recipe:

  1. Open the JustCall Calls board
  2. Click "Integrate"
  3. Search "JustCall Recipes"
  4. Click "Add to board" for log calls recipe
  5. Select your Contact column and contacts board
  6. Click "Add to board"

SMS Sync Recipe:

  1. Open the JustCall SMS board
  2. Click "Integrate"
  3. Search "JustCall Recipes"
  4. Click "Add to board" for log SMS recipe
  5. Select your Contact column and contacts board
  6. Click "Add to board"

Note: Search Contacts recipe should be enabled for the connected board.

Features and Restrictions

  • Connect up to 5 boards with phone numbers to the Calls/SMS board
  • Each recipe can activate maximum 5 times per account
  • Phone columns must be unique when enabling recipes multiple times
  • Multiple contact types (Leads, Accounts) require separate columns in Calls/SMS boards

Integration Steps (For Team Members)

  1. Log into your JustCall account
  2. Navigate to Integrations from the sidebar
  3. Search for monday.com and click Integrate
  4. You'll be redirected to monday.com
  5. Log in if needed
  6. Click "Authorize"

Note: The admin must already have installed the app on your monday.com account.

Viewing Call and SMS Data

In Contact Item Cards

Access call and SMS logs within contact items through Item Card views:

  1. Open a contact item
  2. Click "+" (top right) to add a view
  3. Select "Item Card"
  4. Click three dots, then "Edit Layout and Content"
  5. Click "Add Widget" and choose "Connected boards"
  6. Configure settings and select columns to display
  7. Click "Done Editing" to save

In Calls & SMS Boards

All call and SMS logs appear in their respective dedicated boards within your workspace.
