Connect JustCall to Close CRM to handle calls directly from Close while logging every call and text automatically. Each team member connects their own account individually.

Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)


Before you start

  • You need an active Close CRM account.
  • Every user (Managers, Admins, and Team Members) must complete this integration individually. The process is the same for all roles.

Connect JustCall to Close

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
  2. Open the All Integrations tab and search for Close.
  3. Click +Integrate on the Close integration card.
  4. You will be redirected to Close CRM to authorize access. Log in if prompted.
  5. Select your organization from the Grant access to dropdown, review the permissions, and click Allow.
  6. You will return to JustCall with a success message.

Close now appears under My Active Integrations and is ready to configure.
