Connect JustCall to Close CRM to handle calls directly from Close while logging every call and text automatically. Each team member connects their own account individually.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
Before you start
- You need an active Close CRM account.
- Every user (Managers, Admins, and Team Members) must complete this integration individually. The process is the same for all roles.
Connect JustCall to Close
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the All Integrations tab and search for Close.
- Click +Integrate on the Close integration card.
- You will be redirected to Close CRM to authorize access. Log in if prompted.
- Select your organization from the Grant access to dropdown, review the permissions, and click Allow.
- You will return to JustCall with a success message.
Close now appears under My Active Integrations and is ready to configure.
