Pipeline CRM Integration with JustCall

Overview

JustCall's Pipeline CRM integration enables calling and texting contacts directly within Pipeline CRM. All communications—incoming and outgoing calls and texts—are logged automatically against your contacts, with "Click to call" and "Click to message" buttons available next to each contact.

Setup Instructions

On Pipeline CRM

1. Login to your Pipeline CRM account
2. Navigate to your API section
3. In the Available API Users section, copy your API key

On JustCall

1. Login to your JustCall account
2. Go to the Integrations option in the sidebar
3. Click the +Integrate button next to CRM
4. Enter your copied API key and email in the popup that appears
5. Click Save

Your accounts are now integrated.

Important Notes

• If you lack admin access in Pipeline CRM, contact your account owner for assistance
• Consider installing the JustCall Chrome extension to make calls directly from your browser with click-to-call and click-to-text buttons
