Link live calls to Freshdesk tickets
Attach a call to a specific Freshdesk ticket while you are still on the phone. When the call ends, all details log to that ticket automatically.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Enable this feature
- Go to Integrations in your JustCall account.
- Click Configure next to Freshdesk.
- Open the General Settings tab.
- Turn on Associate your calls to tickets while the call is running.
- Click Save.
Link a call during a conversation
- While on an active call, find the Log this call on option in the dialer.
- A dialog box appears with two choices:
- Select an existing ticket from the list.
- Create a new ticket along with a new contact.
- When the call ends, call details log to the ticket you selected or created.
If JustCall cannot find an existing contact for the caller, you will need to enter a name for the new contact.
