Link live calls to Freshdesk tickets

Attach a call to a specific Freshdesk ticket while you are still on the phone. When the call ends, all details log to that ticket automatically.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Enable this feature

  1. Go to Integrations in your JustCall account.
  2. Click Configure next to Freshdesk.
  3. Open the General Settings tab.
  4. Turn on Associate your calls to tickets while the call is running.
  5. Click Save.

  1. While on an active call, find the Log this call on option in the dialer.
  2. A dialog box appears with two choices:
    • Select an existing ticket from the list.
    • Create a new ticket along with a new contact.
  3. When the call ends, call details log to the ticket you selected or created.

If JustCall cannot find an existing contact for the caller, you will need to enter a name for the new contact.
