Bulk Text SMS via Zoho

Overview

You can send bulk SMS to all your Zoho contacts, Leads, etc. through JustCall. This process involves five straightforward steps.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Zoho Settings

Navigate to your Zoho account and locate the Settings icon.

Step 2: Navigate to Export

In the Setup page, click on "Export" under the Data Administration section.

Step 3: Select Export Module

In the Export Data section, choose which module to export. Options include Users, Contacts, and Leads. Select your preferred module (Leads is shown in the example).

Step 4: Export Data

After selecting a module, click the "Export" button to generate your data file.

Step 5: Upload to JustCall

• Go to the "Bulk Text Messaging" section in JustCall
• Select "Zoho" from the dropdown menu
• Click the upload button and upload the CSV file exported in Step 4
• Complete the form and click "Save"
• Follow the instructions on the next page
