Map your JustCall team members to their Bitrix24 accounts so calls, texts, and activities log under the correct person on both platforms.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
How user mapping works
JustCall automatically links users who share the same email address on both platforms. When email addresses differ -- for example, alex@justcall.io on JustCall and alex.smith@acmecorp.com on Bitrix24 -- an admin must map them manually.
Map JustCall users to Bitrix24 users
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Bitrix24.
- Click Configure.
- In the Map Users section, JustCall users appear on the left.
- Use the dropdown to select the matching Bitrix24 user, or leave as Pending if unmapped.
- Use Search or Show Unmapped Users to filter the list.
- Click Save Changes. Optionally check the box to apply settings across all team members.
Important
If the admin who authorized the original integration is removed from either JustCall or Bitrix24, the integration stops working for everyone. Keep the authorizing admin active on both platforms.
