Verify that your calls are logged in Gorgias
After connecting JustCall to Gorgias, you can check whether each call was successfully logged. Integration logs show the status of every call and provide a direct link to the corresponding Gorgias ticket.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Check a call's logging status
- Open Call Logs in JustCall.
- Select the call you want to review.
- In the call information window, expand the Integration logs section.
What you will see
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Success | The call was logged to Gorgias. A link takes you directly to the ticket in your Gorgias account. |
| Error | The call was not logged. The error message explains the cause. The most common reason is that your JustCall account is not integrated with Gorgias. |
If you see repeated errors, confirm that the Gorgias integration is active in your JustCall account under Integrations.
