2-Way Sync of Contacts with Pipedrive
Overview
The JustCall-Pipedrive integration enables bidirectional contact synchronization. Your JustCall address book fetches contacts from Pipedrive that carry phone numbers. You can configure the system to have contacts you create or modify in JustCall automatically update or create corresponding contacts in Pipedrive.
Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to enable 2-way sync:
- Access integrations: Sign into your JustCall account and navigate to the integrations page.
- Configure Pipedrive: Click the configure button adjacent to your integrated Pipedrive account.
- Enable sync: In General settings, toggle the 2-way sync option to activate it.
Functionality
Once activated, contacts edited in JustCall will also update contacts on Pipedrive. Moreover, contacts created in JustCall will also create a user in Pipedrive.
Important Notes
- Synced contacts limitation: Contacts synced from other services or CRM will not be added to Pipedrive unless you edit them.
- Manual edits only: The system respects only your manual additions or updates to contacts.
- Primary number updates: We only update the primary number of a contact in JustCall when modified. The primary number is the number via which contact is initially created in JustCall.
