Connect JustCall to Capsule CRM to call and text contacts without leaving your CRM. Every call and text -- incoming and outgoing -- is logged as a note against the contact. Click-to-call and click-to-text buttons appear next to each phone number.

Connect JustCall to Capsule

  1. Log in to JustCall.
  2. Go to Integrations and search for Capsule.
  3. Click Integrate.
  4. Authorize JustCall to access your Capsule account when prompted.
  5. Confirm the authorization.

The integration is now active. All calls and texts are logged automatically as notes on the matching Capsule contact.
