Connect JustCall to Capsule CRM to call and text contacts without leaving your CRM. Every call and text -- incoming and outgoing -- is logged as a note against the contact. Click-to-call and click-to-text buttons appear next to each phone number.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Connect JustCall to Capsule
- Log in to JustCall.
- Go to Integrations and search for Capsule.
- Click Integrate.
- Authorize JustCall to access your Capsule account when prompted.
- Confirm the authorization.
The integration is now active. All calls and texts are logged automatically as notes on the matching Capsule contact.
