JobAdder Integration with JustCall

Overview

The integration between JustCall and JobAdder enables seamless communication with your contacts and candidates. You can manage calling and messaging directly from JobAdder while JustCall automatically logs these activities as notes against your contacts and candidates for both incoming and outbound communications.

Integration Steps

Step 1: Access JustCall Integrations

Log into your JustCall account and navigate to the Integrations section from the sidebar.

Step 2: Find JobAdder

Search for JobAdder in the integrations marketplace and select the Integrate button.

Step 3: Authorize Connection

You'll be redirected to JobAdder's portal where you must click the Accept button to complete the authorization process.

Chrome Extension

For enhanced functionality, install the JustCall Chrome Extension to:

• Make calls directly from your browser
• Access click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers in JobAdder
• Eliminate the need to use your physical phone
