Configuring LeadSimple Integration Settings
Overview
Once you've successfully integrated LeadSimple with JustCall, you can configure several settings to enhance your customer communication process. These include general preferences, workflow management, and advanced options that ensure customer data syncing and call activity tracking.
Accessing the Settings
- From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
- Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab
- Search for LeadSimple and click the Configure button
- You'll be redirected to the LeadSimple settings page with four sections available
- Click Save Changes when done; optionally apply settings across all team members
General Settings
These settings control logging preferences for calls and AI features.
- Log IVR digit & message for calls: Track IVR interactions in LeadSimple conversations
- Log transcripts for incoming voicemails: Include voicemail transcriptions automatically
- Disable logging of Call Recording links: Prevent recording links in call details
- Log Call transcription link: Enable JustCall AI transcription logging (Team plan+)
- Log Call Summary: Enable call summary logging (Team plan+)
- Log Call analysis data: Enable detailed interaction records (Team Plus plan+)
Workflow Settings
Configure how different call types are logged in LeadSimple:
- Outgoing answered calls: Log as Call Activities or skip
- Outgoing unanswered calls: Log as Call Activities or skip
- Incoming answered calls: Log as Call Activities or skip
- Missed calls: Log as Call Activities or skip
- Voicemails: Log as Call Activities or skip
- Incoming SMS: Log as SMS Activities or skip
- Outgoing SMS: Log as SMS Activities or skip
Connected Numbers
Select which phone numbers trigger logging by using the dropdown menu to view all connected JustCall numbers. You can enable all numbers via "Select All" or manually choose specific ones.
Advanced Settings
These premium features require a Pro plan or higher:
- Create a contact as soon as a call arrives: Automatically create contacts from unknown numbers
- Add call disposition as a tag to the contacts: Tag contacts with call outcome codes
