Podio Integration with JustCall
Overview
The JustCall and Podio integration enables users to access their complete communication history with contacts directly in Podio. This integration allows JustCall to instantly log calls and texts in Podio and helps teams setup workflows and ensure effective communication with customers.
Integration Steps
Step 1: Access Integrations
Log into your JustCall account and navigate to the Integrations section. Search for Podio under the 'CRM and Helpdesk tools' category and click 'Integrate'.
Step 2: Authenticate with Podio
You'll be redirected to Podio's login page if you're not already logged in.
Step 3: Select Organization
After logging in, select the organization where you wish to integrate JustCall and click 'Connect'.
Step 4: Configure Workspace and Contact App
Select the Workspace for JustCall connection. The system will fetch available Contact Apps in that Workspace. Choose your desired Contact App, and the platform will retrieve its available fields.
Step 5: Map Contact Fields
Under 'Map Contact Fields', select which fields will sync Name and Phone Number data from JustCall. The system will create new contacts and search for contacts only using the fields selected.
Step 6: Install Communication App
Select the workspace where JustCall's Communication app will be installed. This new app will log all communication activity.
Step 7: Confirm Integration
You'll be redirected to JustCall with a success message. Your active Podio integration will appear under "My Active Integrations" with your selected Workspace and Contact App details.
