Track Time Spent with Your HubSpot Contacts Over Calls

Overview

JustCall's HubSpot integration automatically logs call metrics in your CRM. The feature tracks call volume, time spent, and call outcomes directly on contact records without leaving HubSpot.

Access Requirements: Pro plan or higher. Use the JustCall Web Portal for configuration (mobile/desktop apps not supported).

Call Metrics Available

Call Volume Metrics

  • Total Calls: Combined inbound and outbound calls per contact
  • Total Outbound Calls: Outbound calls made by your team
  • Total Inbound Calls: Inbound calls received by your team

Time-Based Metrics

  • Total Minutes: Overall time spent on all calls
  • Total Inbound Minutes: Time handling inbound calls
  • Total Outbound Minutes: Time on outbound calls

Recent Call Insights

  • Last Call Status: Shows if call was answered, missed, or went to voicemail
  • Last Call Disposition (JustCall): Agent-selected outcome from JustCall's Dialer
  • Last Call Disposition (Sales Dialer): Outcome from Sales Dialer calls
  • Last Call Timestamp: Date and time of most recent call

How to Enable the Feature

  1. From Dashboard, select Integrations from the left menu
  2. Navigate to My Active Integrations tab and find HubSpot
  3. Click the Configure button on the HubSpot integration box
  4. On HubSpot Integration Settings page, open Advanced Settings
  5. Toggle on "Track time spent with your customers over calls"
  6. Click Save Changes at the bottom
  7. Optionally apply settings across all team members via checkbox
