Verify that your calls are logging to Capsule

Confirm that your JustCall calls are logging correctly to Capsule by checking integration logs. If a call did not log, the error message tells you why.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Check if a call was logged
- Go to Call Logs in JustCall.
- Select the call you want to review.
- In the call information window, click Integration logs to expand the Capsule section.
What you will see
- Successful log: A direct link to the exact location in Capsule where the call was recorded.
- Failed log: An error message explaining why the call was not logged. This usually means your JustCall account is not properly connected to Capsule.
If you see repeated failures, reconnect the Capsule integration from Dashboard > Integrations.
