Vtiger Integration: Steps to Configure

Overview

Vtiger Integration allows you to call and text your customers directly from your Vtiger account. This connection enables automatic logging of SMS and calling activities within your Vtiger system, with call recordings directly accessible in your CRM.

Configuration Requirements

To set up this integration, you'll need two pieces of information from your Vtiger account:

  • An access key
  • Your Vtiger domain

Steps to Get Vtiger Credentials

  1. Log into your Vtiger account
  2. Navigate to account settings via the profile icon
  3. Click "My Preferences" to retrieve your access key

Integration Process in JustCall

  1. Log into your JustCall account
  2. Select "Integrations" from the sidebar
  3. Search for and locate "Vtiger" among available integrations
  4. Click the integrate button next to Vtiger

Required Information to Enter

When prompted, provide:

  1. Your Vtiger domain
  2. Vtiger email (typically your login email)
  3. Your Vtiger Access key

Completion

Click the "Save" button to finalize the integration between your accounts.
