Teamwave Phone & SMS Integration

Overview

JustCall's TeamWave integration enables calling and texting contacts directly within TeamWave. All activities are tracked in the TeamWave Activities section, with calls creating call activities and texts generating notes against contacts.

The integration also provides click-to-call and text icons through the JustCall Chrome extension when properly configured.

Prerequisites

Before integrating, you must configure your default calling method in TeamWave CRM settings to enable click-to-call and text icons.

Setting Up Default Calling Method in TeamWave

  1. Navigate to your CRM from the sidebar menu
  2. Click CRM Settings (top right)
  3. Go to General settings and select Default Calling Method from the Customize menu
  4. Choose Default phone call handler from the dropdown
  5. Install the JustCall Chrome extension and refresh your contacts screen
  6. Click-to-call and text icons should now appear next to phone numbers

Integration Steps

On TeamWave

  1. Login to your TeamWave account
  2. Click your profile logo in the bottom left corner
  3. Select Profile settings
  4. Navigate to API Key section and copy your API key

On JustCall

  1. Login to your JustCall account
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Click +Integrate next to TeamWave Integration

Two scenarios:

Scenario 1: If your TeamWave domain is already integrated by a team member, simply enter your email address and select the organization, then click Integrate.

Scenario 2: If integrating a new TeamWave account, click Integrate another TeamWave account, enter your TeamWave email address and API key, then click Integrate.
