Connect JustCall to Freshsales

Call your leads and customers through JustCall while keeping every interaction logged in Freshsales. The integration creates activities and notes for all inbound and outbound calls and texts automatically.

Available on: Team plan or higher

Get your Freshsales API key

1. Log in to your Freshsales account.
2. Note your domain URL (for example, https://myaccount.freshsales.io).
3. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Profile Settings.
4. Go to API Settings and copy your API key.

Connect JustCall to Freshsales

1. Log in to your JustCall account.
2. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
3. Click the +Integrate button under Freshsales.
4. Paste your API key and Freshsales domain URL in the prompt.
5. Click Save.

Your accounts are now connected.

Chrome extension

Install the JustCall Chrome extension to add click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers in your browser. Make calls directly from Freshsales without picking up your phone.
