Set up Front channels with JustCall

Create dedicated Front channels for your JustCall numbers. Calls and texts with the same contact log under one conversation thread, giving your team full context in a single view.

Available on: Team plan or higher


Connect JustCall to Front

In JustCall:

  1. Log in to your JustCall account.
  2. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  3. Search for Front Channels and click Integrate.
  4. You are redirected to Front to authorize JustCall access.
  5. After authorizing, you return to JustCall. Copy the API key from the pop-up.

In Front:

  1. Log in to your Front account.
  2. Go to Settings from the top right.
  3. Select Inboxes from the left sidebar.
  4. Add a new inbox or select an existing one.
  5. Select Channels from the list.
  6. Under Call logs, click the JustCall card.
  7. Name your Front inbox.
  8. Paste the API key you copied from JustCall.
  9. Click Create channel.

Back in JustCall:

  1. Use the first dropdown to select which JustCall number logs inbound and outbound calls and texts to your Front channel.
  2. Use the second dropdown to select which JustCall number sends texts from your Front channel.
  3. Click Save.

Your Front channel is now connected to JustCall.


Chrome extension

Install the JustCall Chrome extension to get click-to-call and click-to-text icons next to every phone number in Front.
