Connect JustCall to Keap
Overview
The Keap and JustCall integration enables seamless calling and texting of Keap contacts directly from JustCall. All communication activities are automatically logged as notes on the Keap dashboard, ensuring complete tracking and accessibility within each contact's timeline.
Feature Access Requirements
This feature requires the Team plan or higher. Check JustCall's pricing page for plan options.
Recommended Usage: Use the JustCall Web Portal for managing this feature. Mobile and desktop apps do not support Keap configuration.
Prerequisites
- An active Keap account
Integration Steps

From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu bar

Navigate to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for Keap

Click the +Integrate button on the Keap integration card

You'll be redirected to Keap's website to grant access permissions. Log in if prompted

Follow the on-screen prompts to continue the setup. You'll be asked to select the Keap application you want to connect from a dropdown menu

Click Allow to grant required permissions

A confirmation message will appear indicating successful integration
