Connect JustCall with Attio to sync contacts, log calls and texts, and keep your communication data in one place. Once connected, your team can manage all call activity directly within Attio.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
Before you start
- You need an active Attio account. Create one at app.attio.com if you do not have one.
- Only account Owners and Admins can set up this integration. Team members are connected through user mapping after setup.
Connect JustCall to Attio
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and find Attio.
- Click +Integrate on the Attio card.
- Log in to Attio if prompted, then select the account you want to connect.
- Follow the remaining prompts to authorize the connection.
- A confirmation message appears when the setup is complete.
The admin only needs to do this once. All other users are connected through user mapping.
Known limitations
- Click-to-Call is not supported in Attio due to platform constraints.
- Sales Dialer does not support direct contact import from Attio. Use CSV import or the JustCall Developer API instead.
