Connect JustCall to Groove for call tracking
Call your customers and prospects directly from your dashboard and have every call create a ticket in Groove automatically. Each ticket includes the call recording, so your team can review conversations without leaving Groove.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Connect JustCall to Groove
- Log in to your JustCall account.
- Open Integrations from the sidebar and click +Integrate.
- Click Connect to Groove in the dialog box.
- The integration is now active.
How tickets are created
Once connected, JustCall syncs customer data with your Groove account and creates tickets for every call:
| Call type | What happens |
|---|---|
| Outbound call | A ticket is created and assigned to the agent who made the call. |
| Inbound call | A ticket is created and assigned to the agent who received the call. |
Call recordings are attached to each ticket and accessible from your Groove dashboard.
Use click-to-call from your browser
Install the JustCall Chrome extension to get click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers on any web page. This lets you reach customers directly from Groove without picking up your phone.
