Salesmate Integration with JustCall

Overview

JustCall's Salesmate integration allows you to call and text your contacts from within CRM. All communications—incoming and outgoing calls and texts—are automatically logged to your contacts. The integration provides convenient "Click to call" and "Click to message" buttons adjacent to your contact information.

Setup Instructions

On Salesmate

1. Login to your Salesmate account
2. Navigate to My Account
3. Locate the Your Personal API Token/Access Key section
4. Copy your Session Key or Session Token from the Personal API Token area

On JustCall

1. Log into your JustCall account
2. Access the Sidebar and select Integrations
3. Search for the Salesmate integration
4. Click the +Integrate button next to the CRM option
5. Enter your Session key and email in the popup form
6. Click Save

Your account is now successfully integrated.
