Connect Agile CRM to call and text contacts from your CRM

Connect JustCall to Agile CRM and start calling and texting contacts without leaving your CRM. Every call and text is automatically logged as a note against the contact, and click-to-call and click-to-text buttons appear next to each phone number.

Available on: Team plan or higher

What you need

• An active Agile CRM account
• Your Agile CRM domain name, registered email, and REST API key

Get your Agile CRM API key

1. Log in to Agile CRM.
2. Find your domain name in the URL. In https://myaccount.agilecrm.com/login, the domain name is myaccount.
3. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Admin Settings.
4. Open the API section in the side menu and copy the key from REST API.

Connect JustCall to Agile CRM

1. Log in to JustCall.
2. Go to Integrations from the sidebar.
3. Click +Integrate.
4. Enter the following credentials:
   • Agile CRM domain name
   • Registered email address
   • API key from Agile CRM
5. Click Add this Integration.

The integration is now active. Calls and texts to Agile CRM contacts will be logged automatically.
