Hide call recording links in ActiveCampaign

By default, JustCall includes recording links in every call log sent to ActiveCampaign. You can disable this if your team needs tighter access control, cleaner records, or regulatory compliance.

  • Privacy: Recordings may contain sensitive information you do not want broadly accessible.
  • Compliance: Your industry or region may require restricted access to recorded conversations.
  • Cleaner records: High call volumes can clutter the activity feed with recording links.

  1. Go to Integrations from your dashboard.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find ActiveCampaign.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. In General Settings, toggle on "Disable logging of Call Recording links in Call Details."
  5. Click Save Changes.

Optionally apply settings across all team members.


Important notes

  • This setting only affects ActiveCampaign logs. Recordings remain available in JustCall.
  • Configuration must be done through the JustCall web portal (not mobile or desktop apps).
