Available JustCall Dialer Options within HubSpot

Overview

JustCall provides three flexible dialing options for HubSpot: the Native Dialer, Chrome Extension, and Desktop Dialer. This guide covers setup and usage for each.

Feature Requirements:

• Team plan or higher required
• Configuration recommended through JustCall Web Portal
• Mobile and desktop app configuration not supported

Native Dialer Configuration

Setup Steps

1. Open HubSpot and navigate to the top dashboard bar
2. Click the Phone Icon in the top right corner
3. Select "Change provider" to view available options
4. Choose JustCall from the provider list
5. You'll return to the dialer with JustCall now active

Making Calls

1. Log into HubSpot (app.hubspot.com)
2. Navigate to Contacts via the left sidebar
3. Search or filter to find specific contacts
4. Click on a contact to view their profile
5. Click the Call button near the contact's name

Receiving Calls

The dialer automatically opens for inbound calls. You can accept the call, communicate with the contact, and document notes and call outcomes.

Important Note: Navigating within HubSpot during an active call will disconnect it. Use a separate browser tab for multitasking.

Chrome Extension Setup

Installation

1. Visit Chrome Web Store and search for JustCall, or go directly to the extension page
2. Click "Add to Chrome"
3. Confirm by clicking "Add Extension"
4. The JustCall icon appears in your browser toolbar

Audio Configuration

Input/Output Devices:

• Select output speakers or headset
• Choose your microphone
• Select ringtone device
• Click Test to verify each selection
• Click Refresh Devices if new hardware was recently connected

Additional Settings

• Click-to-Call/Text: Toggle to enable call/text icons next to phone numbers
• Incoming Call Notifications: Keep enabled to receive alerts
• Keyboard Shortcut: Press CMD + Shift + E (Mac) to answer calls or open extension

Using Click-to-Call

1. Pin the JustCall extension to your Chrome toolbar via the puzzle-piece icon
2. Select the Click-to-Call icon next to any phone number in HubSpot
3. The dialer opens in a Chrome popup with the number pre-filled

Note: Click-to-Call functionality results from the Chrome Extension alone, not the HubSpot integration.
