Connect JustCall to Freshdesk
Create a support ticket for every call automatically. The integration logs all calls and texts to Freshdesk, links them to customer records, and lets you call or message contacts without leaving Freshdesk.
Available on: Team plan or higher
Get your Freshdesk API key
- Log in to your Freshdesk account at freshdesk.com.
- Note your domain URL (for example,
https://myaccount.freshdesk.com). - Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Profile Settings.
- Find your API key and copy it.
Connect JustCall to Freshdesk
- Log in to your JustCall account.
- Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
- Click the +Integrate button under Freshdesk.
- Paste your API key and Freshdesk domain URL in the prompt.
- Click Save.
Your accounts are now connected. JustCall creates a ticket for each call and associates it with the matching customer.
Use the native dialer in Freshdesk
- Install the JustCall - Click to Call & Text app from the Freshdesk marketplace.
- The JustCall icon appears in the Freshdesk sidebar.
- Click it to call contacts directly from Freshdesk.
- When you receive a call, the dialer pops up automatically.
- Click the JustCall icon to compose messages and view conversation history.
Text message logging
Text conversations with customers are logged under a single Freshdesk ticket. This gives you a complete view of all interactions with each customer in one place.
Chrome extension
Install the JustCall Chrome extension to add click-to-call and click-to-text buttons next to phone numbers in your browser. Make calls directly from Freshdesk without picking up your phone.
