Sync Call Outcomes or Disposition Codes with Pipedrive Activities

This feature is part of JustCall's Pipedrive integration settings, allowing you to synchronize call outcomes with Pipedrive activity types.
How It Works
Pipedrive enables you to create custom activity types for categorizing customer and lead interactions. This integration lets you map JustCall call outcomes directly to those activity types.
Setup Instructions
Enable the Feature
- Navigate to the Pipedrive integration configuration page
- Click the Configure button for Pipedrive
- Select Advanced settings
- Toggle on "Sync call outcomes with Pipedrive activities"
Configure Activity Mapping
Select which Pipedrive activity types you want to use as call outcomes or disposition codes. These will become available when you complete calls in JustCall.
Using Call Outcomes
After finishing a call in JustCall, you can select from your configured activity types as call outcomes. JustCall automatically logs the call in Pipedrive under the matching activity type.
Pipedrive Automation Integration
These activity types can be leveraged in Pipedrive workflows. When setting up automation triggers, choose "Activity Updated" instead of "Activity created" to properly trigger on synced call outcomes.
