Configuring Jobber Integration Settings

Overview

Once the Jobber integration is successfully added to JustCall, you can configure several settings to enhance your customer communication process. The integration syncs client data and tracks call requests directly within JustCall.

Feature Requirements:

  • Team plan or higher
  • JustCall Web Portal (not supported on mobile or desktop apps)

Accessing Jobber Integration Settings

  1. From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left menu
  2. Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and search for Jobber
  3. Click the Configure button on the Jobber integration box
  4. You'll be redirected to the settings page with four configuration options
  5. Click Save Changes when done; optionally apply settings across all team members

Configuration Sections

Map Users

User Mapping allows JustCall admins or account owners to map all team members to their corresponding Jobber users in one go.

General Settings

Workflow Settings

Configure how different communication types are logged:

  • Outgoing answered calls - Log as Request or skip
  • Outgoing unanswered calls - Log as Request or skip
  • Incoming answered calls - Log as Request or skip
  • Missed calls - Log as Request or skip
  • Voicemails - Log as Request or skip
  • Incoming SMS - Log as SMS Request or skip
  • Outgoing SMS - Log as SMS Request or skip

Connected Numbers

Select which phone numbers should generate logs:

  • Log phone calls for these numbers - Choose which numbers create call requests
  • Log SMS for these numbers - Choose which numbers create SMS requests

Use "Select All" or manually check specific numbers.
