Connect JustCall to ServiceTitan

Prerequisites

  • An active ServiceTitan account

Feature Access Notes

This integration requires the Pro plan or higher. Configuration must be managed through the JustCall Web Portal and is not available on mobile or desktop applications.

Integration Steps

Step 1: Connect Your ServiceTitan Account

  1. Navigate to Integrations from your Dashboard's left menu
  2. Go to the CRM and Helpdesk Tools tab and search for ServiceTitan
  3. Click the +Integrate button on the ServiceTitan box
  4. Fill in the connection dialog:
    • ServiceTitan Tenant ID (provided by ServiceTitan)
    • ServiceTitan Email (linked to your account)
  5. Click Request Access
  6. Your integration status will show as Access Requested
  7. The JustCall team reviews requests within 24 hours
  8. You'll receive email notification with setup instructions upon approval

Step 2: Check Integration Status

  1. Go to My Active Integrations
  2. Look for ServiceTitan with one of these statuses:
    • Authorization Required -- Request approved, awaiting your authorization
    • Access Requested -- Under review
  3. Click the Authorization Required button once approved

Step 3: Authorize JustCall in ServiceTitan

  1. Log into your ServiceTitan account with admin credentials
  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, top right)
  3. Select Integrations and find JustCall
  4. Click Authorize
  5. Review and approve requested permissions
  6. Return to the JustCall window and click I've authorized JustCall

Step 4: Finalize Integration

  1. Status changes to Configuration In Progress
  2. JustCall team completes setup within 24 hours
  3. Receive confirmation email when ready
  4. Integration becomes Active in your dashboard
  5. Configure sync settings and begin using both platforms together

Finding Your Tenant ID

Access your Tenant ID by:

  1. Going to Settings in ServiceTitan
  2. Selecting Integrations > API Application Access
  3. Viewing your Tenant ID in the top right corner
