Add Team Members for HighLevel Integration
Overview
User Mapping enables JustCall admins or account owners to map all team members to their corresponding HighLevel users in one go. This streamlines setup and eliminates individual integration requirements.
Important: This functionality is currently available only to a limited number of accounts and will be rolled out gradually.

Steps to Map JustCall Users with HighLevel Users

From the Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu bar

Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and search for the HighLevel integration

Click the Configure button on the HighLevel integration box

In the Map Users section, you'll see JustCall Users on the left and HighLevel Users on the right

Use the dropdown to:
- Select the matching HighLevel user
- Or keep it as Pending if not yet mapped

Use Search or Show Unmapped Users to filter the view

Click Save Changes at the bottom. Optionally, select the checkbox to "apply these settings across all team members"
Important Note
If the admin who initially authorized the JustCall-HighLevel connection is removed from either platform, the integration stops working for all team members.
What Stays the Same
- Individual users can still manage personal settings under My Active Integrations
- Admins can choose to apply global settings or allow customization
- Integration features (call logging, text tracking, CRM syncing) remain unchanged
