Configure Bitrix24 integration settings to control logging and workflows

After connecting JustCall to Bitrix24, configure your integration settings to control how customer data syncs and how calls and texts are logged.

Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)


Access your Bitrix24 settings

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
  2. Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Bitrix24.
  3. Click Configure.
  4. Adjust settings across four sections: Map Users, General Settings, Workflow Settings, and Connected Numbers.
  5. Click Save Changes when finished.

General Settings

Workflow Settings

Choose how each communication type is recorded in Bitrix24:

Connected Numbers

Select which JustCall phone numbers log activity to Bitrix24:

  • Use Select All to enable logging for every number.
  • Check individual boxes to select specific numbers.
  • Separate settings are available for phone calls and SMS messages.
