Configure Bitrix24 integration settings to control logging and workflows

After connecting JustCall to Bitrix24, configure your integration settings to control how customer data syncs and how calls and texts are logged.
Available on: Team plan or higher (JustCall Web Portal only)
Access your Bitrix24 settings
- Go to Dashboard > Integrations from the left menu.
- Open the My Active Integrations tab and find Bitrix24.
- Click Configure.
- Adjust settings across four sections: Map Users, General Settings, Workflow Settings, and Connected Numbers.
- Click Save Changes when finished.
General Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create new contacts for unmatched numbers | Creates a Bitrix24 contact when no existing contact or company matches the phone number |
| Log Call transcription link | Logs transcription links (Pro Plus plan required) |
| Log Call Summary | Logs call summaries (Pro Plus plan required) |
| Log Call analysis data | Logs detailed interaction records (Pro Plus plan required) |
Workflow Settings
Choose how each communication type is recorded in Bitrix24:

| Missed calls | Disable, Call Activities |

| Outgoing SMS | Disable, SMS Activities |
Connected Numbers
Select which JustCall phone numbers log activity to Bitrix24:
- Use Select All to enable logging for every number.
- Check individual boxes to select specific numbers.
- Separate settings are available for phone calls and SMS messages.
