Integrate Pipedrive with JustCall

Overview

JustCall's Pipedrive integration enables direct customer communication through calls and text messages from your Pipedrive account. The system automatically logs all communications against corresponding contacts, maintaining a complete communication history.

Integration Steps

1. Login to JustCall account at justcall.io
2. Navigate to Integrations via the sidebar menu
3. Click the Integrate button to initiate the connection process
4. Authorize the integration by clicking "Allow and Install" on the authorization page
5. Confirmation - Your Pipedrive account is now connected to JustCall

Key Features

Contact Synchronization All your Pipedrive contacts automatically sync to JustCall. When incoming calls arrive, the dialer launches automatically, allowing seamless navigation to caller profiles from any Pipedrive page using JustCall's contact badge.

Outgoing Communications

• Make calls by clicking phone numbers or using the JustCall logo in the Apps bar
• Send SMS through the chat icon beside the call button
• View complete conversation history with contacts

Call and SMS Tracking

• Access summarized call and SMS data on contact profiles
• Review call recordings directly within Pipedrive
• View aggregate communication data and latest activity
• Optional: Enable settings to display logs under associated leads
