Send Automated Text Messages via Zapier

Overview

JustCall's integration with Zapier enables you to establish automated text message workflows from your JustCall account. The process requires an invitation from JustCall to create the Zap.

Prerequisite: Accept the JustCall Zapier integration invite by navigating to your account's integration section, searching for Zapier, and clicking integrate.

Step 1: Configure the Trigger

Set up JustCall as your trigger application to activate actions based on inbound messages:

1. Open Zapier and select "Make A Zap"
2. Search for and select JustCall as the trigger app
3. Choose "New Text" and click "Save+Continue"
4. Select your JustCall account (or connect a new one using your API key and secret)
5. Test the trigger using one of the available test buttons

Step 2: Configure the Action

Create the automated text message workflow:

1. Search for JustCall in the action app field
2. Select "Send a Text Message" as your action event
3. Choose the JustCall account for this action
4. Use the merge icon to select the recipient contact number
5. Enter your message content and proceed
6. Test the action using the available test buttons

Troubleshooting: If testing produces errors, try pulling fresh samples from Step 1 before continuing.
