Add Team Members for ServiceTitan Integration

Overview

The Map Users tab in ServiceTitan Integration Settings connects JustCall users with their corresponding ServiceTitan accounts, ensuring call and text logs are properly associated across both platforms.

Why Mapping Users Is Important

Mapping users allows JustCall to:

  • Sync call and SMS logs with the correct ServiceTitan accounts
  • Ensure only mapped users have their activities logged in ServiceTitan
  • Streamline tracking and reporting between both platforms

Note: Users sharing the same email address on both platforms are mapped automatically.

Steps to Map a JustCall User with ServiceTitan

  1. From your Dashboard, select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  2. Navigate to the My Active Integrations tab and locate the ServiceTitan integration.

  3. Click the Configure button on the ServiceTitan integration box.

  4. On the ServiceTitan settings page, find the Map Users section. You'll see JustCall Users on the left and ServiceTitan Users on the right.

  5. Use the dropdown menu to:

    • Select the matching ServiceTitan user
    • Keep as Pending if mapping isn't ready
  6. Use Search or Show Unmapped Users to filter your view.

  7. Click Save Changes at the bottom. Optionally, select the checkbox to apply settings across all team members.

Important Warning

If the admin who initially authorized the JustCall-ServiceTitan connection is removed from either platform, the integration will stop working for all team members.
