Log JustCall AI Data in Pipedrive
Feature Access Requirements
The "Log Call Transcription Link" and "Log Call Summary" features require either a Pro Plus plan or the AI Review Assist add-on. However, "Log Call Analysis Data" mandates a Pro Plus plan or higher. Access the JustCall Web Portal for configuration—mobile and desktop apps don't support Pipedrive settings.

Enabling AI Data Logging
- Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations (left menu)
- Select My Active Integrations tab
- Locate Pipedrive integration; click Configure
- Access settings page; find General Settings
- Toggle on all three logging options
- Click Save Changes; optionally apply settings across team members
Viewing Logged Data in Pipedrive
- Log into Pipedrive account
- Go to Contacts → People
- Search for specific contact
- Click contact name to open profile
- Scroll to JustCall section; select "See more" if collapsed
- Locate call card; view AI-generated data including:
- AI Transcription (linked)
- Customer Sentiments
- Call Score, Topics, Interactivity
- AI-generated Action Items
- AI-generated Call Summary
- Optionally click transcription link to view full transcript
