Feature Access Requirements

The "Log Call Transcription Link" and "Log Call Summary" features require either a Pro Plus plan or the AI Review Assist add-on. However, "Log Call Analysis Data" mandates a Pro Plus plan or higher. Access the JustCall Web Portal for configuration—mobile and desktop apps don't support Pipedrive settings.

Enabling AI Data Logging

  1. Navigate to DashboardIntegrations (left menu)
  2. Select My Active Integrations tab
  3. Locate Pipedrive integration; click Configure
  4. Access settings page; find General Settings
  5. Toggle on all three logging options
  6. Click Save Changes; optionally apply settings across team members

Viewing Logged Data in Pipedrive

  1. Log into Pipedrive account
  2. Go to ContactsPeople
  3. Search for specific contact
  4. Click contact name to open profile
  5. Scroll to JustCall section; select "See more" if collapsed
  6. Locate call card; view AI-generated data including:
    • AI Transcription (linked)
    • Customer Sentiments
    • Call Score, Topics, Interactivity
    • AI-generated Action Items
    • AI-generated Call Summary
  7. Optionally click transcription link to view full transcript
