Nimble Integration with JustCall

Overview

JustCall's Nimble integration lets you call and text your Nimble contacts using JustCall. All calling and texting activities are tracked within the Nimble CRM alongside your contacts. Calling activities appear as tasks while text activities show up as notes.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to connect your accounts:

1. Log in to your JustCall account
2. Navigate to the Integrations section in the sidebar
3. Click the +Integrate button
4. You'll be redirected to Nimble's authorization page—enter your credentials
5. After authorization, you'll return to JustCall with a confirmation message

Once complete, your Nimble account will appear in your Active Integrations list.

Browser Extension

Install the JustCall Chrome extension to make calls directly from your browser without having to pick up your phone. This adds click-to-call and click-to-text buttons throughout your browser alongside phone numbers.
