Log Calls in Recruitee

Overview

You can track your calls on Recruitee using Integration logs within JustCall.

Steps to Find Logged Calls

1. Access Call Logs: Navigate to the Call Logs section and select the specific call you want to review to open its information window.
2. View Integration Logs: Click on "Integration logs" to see the Recruitee integration logs associated with that call.
3. Access Recruitee: A link will appear in the integration logs section that redirects you to Recruitee where your call has been logged.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter error messages or don't see integration logs even after connecting your Recruitee account, contact JustCall support with a screenshot of your call details for assistance.
