Log Your Appointments on Zoho CRM

Overview

This feature allows you to automatically log appointments from JustCall's appointment scheduler onto Zoho CRM. When enabled, appointments on your public calendars under the appointment scheduler feature appear on Zoho.

Activation Steps

Step 1: Access Integrations

Navigate to the Integrations section within your JustCall account dashboard.

Step 2: Configure Zoho

Locate your integrated Zoho account and select the "Configure" button beside it.

Step 3: Enable Activity Creation

Under General Settings, choose the option to "Create activities for calls scheduled via Appointment Scheduler."

Step 4: Save Changes

Click the Save button to apply the configuration.

How It Works

Once enabled, your bookings appear as open activities under the corresponding lead or contact in Zoho. The system identifies contacts through phone numbers and email. If a matching lead or contact doesn't exist, JustCall automatically creates a new contact to log the activity against it.
